Deleting Forms

If you are customizing an application and have Basic, Full User, or Site Developer editing permissions, be aware that the version of a form you display (and delete) is determined by your user ID and by the hierarchy of user-group-site versions that exist on your system. Your ability to customize a form is determined by your editing scope.

To delete a form:

  1. Enter Design Mode.
  2. On the Form menu, point to Definition, and then click Delete.
  3. Select the name of the form you want to delete.
  4. Click OK, and confirm the deletion when prompted.

To delete a form from an Explorer folder:

When you delete a form from a folder in the Explorer, you remove the form from the folder, but you do not remove the form from other folders or from your system.

  1. Expand the Explorer tree until the form is displayed.
  2. Select the form.
  3. Right-click on the form, and then select Delete.
