Access As Field

On the Access As form, this field displays the current Access As identifier, which is used in some forms to identify who created the metadata object.

This identifier also controls which metadata objects are available for editing.

Default and other possible values include:

• Core - Metadata that Infor has created as part of the basic system.
• OtherName - Metadata created as part of an application. This value is variable and is set by the creator of the application.
• Blank - This field should be blank for any Access As-controlled metadata you have created.

When this field is present on other forms, you can modify or delete records and values on that form only if this field displays the same value as on the Access As form.
