License Management

This form allows the system administrator to manage your company's license agreement. The form shows when the license begins and ends, which modules are licensed, and it is where you apply the license to stay current.

If you use the Intranet Licensing feature on the Sites/Entities form, this form is blocked for users on all sites except the Master Site.

The Licensed Module tab shows the modules for which you are licensed, number of licensed users, the beginning and ending dates for your license, and whether the license is valid.

The Multi-Session Users tab shows any multi-session users and number of concurrent sessions. A multi-session user is able to have more than one session open at a time.

Use the Apply License tab to apply licenses for your licensed products. The licenses come from Infor upon the purchase of the product in the form of a .txt document. The document is distributed to you either by e-mail or on a disk. If you do not have your license document, contact Infor Customer Service.
