Use this dialog box to read any warning messages that appeared when you saved a collection.
This dialog box is displayed only for forms and situations that generate specific warnings. You can close this dialog box when it first displays and then view it again later. To do so, the form must be open. From the View menu, select Warning Messages.
Warning messages are viewable only until you close the form.
The following table lists the elements of this dialog box and explains their use.

| Select Message | From the list of warning messages, select the one you want to view. |
| Go To Selection button | (Active only when a message is selected.) When clicked,
the system displays the record associated with the message.
You can also double-click the message entry to go to the designated record. |
| Expand Selection | (Active only when a message is selected.) When clicked, the system displays an expanded version of the warning that often guides you as to what to do to correct the problem. |
| Done | Closes the Warning Messages dialog box. |
| Help | Displays the online Help for this dialog box. |
This dialog box is displayed only when attempting to save certain kinds of records in such a way as to generate this type of warning.
