Incident Status History

Use this form to view the history of the status changes on an incident.  You can access this form from the History button on the Incidents form.

Each time the status of an incident is changed, the system creates an Incident Status History record. When the status code is changed, a snapshot of other information is stored, including the incident owner, date of the change, and user who changed the status. If a change was made from Service Management Mobile and GPS is enabled, the GPS location and date are saved in the snapshot.

Click Details to launch the Incidents form, linked to the selected incident.

If MapPoint is installed:

The MapPoint buttons are most useful when the form is filtered for a specific incident, to limit the data that is sent.
