If your company uses Microsoft Exchange, your SyteLine application databases can be monitored by an Exchange Integration Service so that data from the application can be synchronized with Exchange. See the Exchange Integration Configuration section of the appropriate Installation Guide for more information.
Note that there are two "Outlook Add-ins" available for SyteLine. The SyteLine Outlook Add-In applies to core functions such as CRM and Customers. The Service Outlook Add-In only applies to service functions such as Incidents and Scheduling.
