Running the Service Order On Hold Report

Use the Service Order On Hold Report to generate a list of SROs with a Hold status. Follow these steps to run the report:

1. Open the Service Order On Hold Report.
2. For these fields, select a range of values to include in the report:
   • Trans Date
   • SRO
   • Line
   • Oper
   • Customer
3. Select Page Break on SRO if you want to have page breaks between SROs on the report.
4. Click Preview to view the report output.
5. Click Print to run the report and generate the output.
