The Voucher Total form is used to generate reports of the cover page of a Voucher Transaction Book for filing purposes. All the descriptions will use the reference description defined in the Reference Maintenance form instead of using the original one.
To show all the transactions, after you enter the report information, click Display.
To print the cover after calculation, click Print.
To print the cover to a file, click Print to File.
