Change CO Line/Release Status Utility
Use the Change CO Line/Release Status utility to change 
 the status of a given range of customer order line/releases from Planned 
 to Ordered. With this utility, you can change the header status on the 
 line/releases that have a status of Planned, Ordered, or both.
Results display in the grid are sorted by Customer 
 Order Number, Line and Release.
If any erroneous attribute prevents the customer order 
 from being processed, refer to the Order 
 Entry Exception Report.
NOTE: Clicking Preview 
 will not change any status.
This utility checks the customer's credit limit to 
 determine if it is being exceeded. If it is exceeded:
	- The customer order is placed on credit hold and therefore cannot 
	 be shipped.
- The Credit Hold check box on the Customer 
	 Orders form Accounts tab is selected.
- The credit hold's value in the Reason field on the Customer 
	 Orders form defaults to the value in the Limit Exceeded Credit 
	 Hold Reason field on the Accounts Receivable Parameters form.
- The credit hold's Date field on the Customer Orders form 
	 defaults to the date the posting occurred.
- The credit hold's User field on the Customer Orders form 
	 defaults to the user performing the posting activity.
