Multi-Site Customer Ship-Tos

Use this form to add and define Ship To customers and addresses for customers in multiple sites. You specify the site at which the Ship To record will be added or changed.

Certain customer information (name, address, fax, other phone number, internet URL, e-mail address, and currency) must be the same for a Ship To record across all sites; however, the other information on the Ship To record can be different at different sites.

In order to maintain customer Ship To addresses on other sites through this form, the following must be true:

• You must be logged into the master site for the intranet containing the sites where you are adding customers.
• The Multi-Site Customers and Site Admin replication categories are replicating between the sites on this intranet. The data in the Multi-Site Customers replication category must be transactional between all sites in the intranet. The replicating sites must share the same lists of currency, countries, and sites.

You can view and maintain records only for sites in the same intranet as this master site.

A Ship To record cannot be deleted from this form.
