Accounts Receivable Parameters
Use the Accounts Receivable Parameters form to enter 
 the default parameter values the system applies throughout Accounts Receivable. 
 These parameters are divided into the following groups:
	- General parameters: set up the following areas: 
	
		- Customer Prefix
- Multi-site Group ID
- Default credit hold reason for exceeding credit limits
- Indicator to allow Apply to Invoice Change
- Preprinted Forms
- Returned Checks
- A/R electronicpayment import file archive path
- Chargebacks
 
	- Aging report parameters: determine how the system ages and displays 
	 open item information on the Aging 
	 Report.
- Accounts: default accounts used when you receive invoices automatically 
	 from Customer Order Entry.
- Miscellaneous Accounts: accounts used for finance charges, deposits, 
	 discounts, allowances, and billing.
