The Year End Payroll Report prints a listing of each employee's yearly and quarterly payroll totals. This report can only be sent to a printer or file.
This report prints the name, address, and social security number for each employee. Also, the employee's pay history for the year is divided by categories, such as Gross Pay, Federal Withholding, and Employee FICA amounts. For each category, the report prints the quarterly totals as well as the yearly total. Grand totals print at the end of the report. This report is sorted in employee number order.
