Warehouses can be used to store consignment inventory. However, you must specify whether that inventory belongs to you or a vendor. When you create a new warehouse, this field defaults to None, but can be changed to either Customer or Vendor.
Note: This field is enabled only if None is selected and no customer or vendor information has been entered.
