Rework

On the Job Orders or Estimate Job Orders
forms, select this check box to specify that this order is a rework
order, to represent an activity such as repairing an item. With a
rework order, you can have a bill of material in which the end item
is also a material component. This recursive BOM structure is allowed
only if the job's Rework check box is selected. See Creating
a Rework Order for more information about using this check box.
On the Copy Routing BOM, BOM Import Builder, and Job
Lot Merging forms, this display-only check box is selected when
the displayed job (or estimate job) is a rework order.

		NOTES:

			- Job Orders/Estimate Job Orders: After you add a recursive
BOM to the rework order, you cannot clear the Rework check
box on that job or estimate job to change it into a normal
			 job or estimate job.
- Job Orders: This field is disabled when Preassign Lots
or Preassign Serials is selected. If you select Rework
and there are any preassigned lot or serial numbers in the
			 Lots/Serials grid, they are deleted.
- Job Lot Merging form: You cannot merge a rework job with
a normal job. Both jobs must be rework jobs or normal jobs.
- Job Lot Splitting form: If you split a rework job, the
newly created job will also be a rework job.
- Copy Routing BOM form: When copying materials to a job,
if the target job (or estimate job) displayed in the "To"
section of the form is a Rework job (as indicated by the Rework
field), you can copy a material to the job that is the same
as the parent item of the job. This recursive BOM structure
is allowed only for rework jobs.
