Use the Rebalance Item Qty On Hand to rebalance the Quantity On Hand and Non-Nettable Stock fields on the Items form. This utility goes through each item's stockroom locations and totals up the items at each. If the stockroom location has the Non-Nettable Stock flag selected, the location's On Hand quantity is added to the item's Non-Nettable Stock quantity. Otherwise, the location's On Hand quantity is added to the item's On Hand.
If the item is serial tracked, the system determines how many serial numbers have been entered into inventory for this item and updates the item stockroom location quantities to match.
