Quantities

This dialog displays the requested quantity, the supply quantity, and the production quantity projected to be available by the input date. The system may take some time to display this information, depending on the data. The data is displayed in these columns:

• Requested - the quantity requested of this item on this order.
• Inventory - the amount of the demand satisfied from actual on hand inventory.
• Supply Available By Due Date - the quantity of this item projected to be available by the input date (due to planned receipts of inventory not pegged to any demand).
• Production Available By Due Date - the quantity of this item projected to be produced by the input date (based on current available capacity and demand).
• Total Available By Due Date - the total of the Inventory, Supply Available, and Production Available columns.

To rerun the Get ATP/CTP calculation with a lower quantity based on this information, you must click the Cancel button, change the quantity on the order, and click the Get ATP/CTP button again.
