Print Company Name on Forms

Select the box to print your company's name on all forms. Clear the box if you have pre-printed forms containing your company's name. If you clear the box, the system will omit your company's name from the following reports:

• Statements
• Order Invoices
• Order Verification - This can be overridden on the Order Verification form.
• Credit Memos
• Purchase Orders

Regardless of what you enter in this field, your company's name will always appear on the following:

• A/P Form Printing
• Packing Slips
• Reprint Packing Slips
• Quarterly by Tax Code
• Year End Summaries
• W-2s
• W-2 Electronic Filing

NOTE: When the system prints the address, it eliminates blank lines. For example, if you leave the second address line blank, the system will print the city on the line following the first address line.
