For each time the specified procedure file was applied to the database, the grid displays this information:

| Applied By | Service pack version or On-Demand Patch that applied the file to the database |
| Applied Date | Date when the file was applied |
| VSS Database | Name of the VSS database from which the procedure was applied |
| VSS Item | Name of the item within the VSS database that was applied |
| VSS Version | Version of the item in VSS that was applied |
| Status | Status of the application - either Applied if the file was applied successfully, or Error if the application failed. |
| Comment | Error message that was received when trying to apply the procedure, if the Status is Error. |
