Use the Unlock Locked Functionsutility to unlock functions that were somehow aborted prior to normal termination. If a Locked message displays when you enter certain processes, use this utility to unlock it. A username of SyteLine is required to perform this function.
NOTE: Functions and journals may also be unlocked when performing a crash recovery on the Crash Recovery form.
