Copy Form Definition Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to create a new form by copying an existing form.

Source Form

The name of the form being copied.

Target Form

The name of the new form being created.

Copy Template Also

Select this check box to copy the source form's template as well as its definition. Clear this check box to copy only the form definition.
