Service Appointment Status History

Each time the status of the appointment is changed, the system creates a record in the Appointment Status History table. Use this form to view the historical data. When the status code is changed, a snapshot stores other information, including start date, hours, partner, date of the change, and user. If a change was made from Service Management Mobile and GPS is enabled, the GPS location and date are saved.

Click Details to launch the Service Appointments form.

NOTE: The MapPoint buttons are most useful after the history table is filtered to limit the data being sent.
