Service Contract Maintenance Schedules

Use this form to maintain schedules for each service contract to provide scheduled service for units covered by the contract. You can set up the maintenance schedule to recur annually on specific months, or based on the completion of the prior service order.

As new service orders are created, the system can do the following:

• Review the configuration of the unit requiring service.
• Automatically generate planned material transactions for components needed.
• Generate a purchase order.
