Reviewing SRO Working Status History

You can review the history of all changes to this service order's working status, for example, to see if the service order was on hold at any point or if it was opened and closed more than one time. To do this, click History on the General tab of the Service Orders form. The Service Order Working Status History form is displayed. Whenever the working status code was changed, a snapshot of other information was stored, such as the lead partner, date of the change, and user. If a change was made from Service Management Mobile and GPS is enabled, the GPS location and date are also saved, so you can plot the location where the status was changed on a Microsoft MapPoint map.
