Generate Button

On the Generate Delivery Order Line Sequences form, after you have selected the desired orders, click this button to create delivery order line sequence records for each selected order shipment.

On the Pack Workbench form, after you have selected the desired orders, click this button to create shipments for the selections made in the pick list grid. A success message displays after the process has completed.

When you click the Generate button on the Pack Workbench form:

• if more than one packer is specified for a group, an error will occur and prevent the shipments from being generated.
• all selected records are put onto shipments, grouped by the number in the Group column. If the group column is blank then an error message displays and the process does not complete.
• the status of the Pick Lists is changed to ‘Packed’.

When you click the Generate button on the Pick Workbench form:

• if more than one picker is specified for a group, an error occurs and prevents the pick lists from being generated.
• all selected records are put onto pick lists, grouped by the number in the Group column. If the group column is blank, you will receive an error message and the process will not complete.
• if inventory locations are assigned, other pick lists can not access the same inventory.
