Notes Form (Modal)

CAUTION: The modal Notes form should be accessed only from the parent forms that use it. Accessing this form directly can have unexpected results. Some forms that can access this form have a special Notes button, but most forms simply use the standard Notes button on the toolbar.

The modal Notes form is similar in function to the standard Object Notes form, but there are a few significant differences:

• The placement of many of the forms' elements are different, but the functions, for the most part, are the same.
• To save a single-record note and attach it to a record, you should save the form changes. In many cases, you cannot use the OK button to save changes.
• The Attach Reusable button opens the System/User Notes form.
